If you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

For non-repudiation purposes, we take photos of the cleaned areas as proof of service completion. These photos are securely kept for 24 hours and then permanently deleted.
